Escalador at the School
One of the challenges in using the Escalador platform: Escalador and Escalador Audio – apart of been used by composers, musicians, researchers, etc. – could be, it use as a tool for improving the creativity and development of young students. Of course, the Escalador – the scales calculator – maybe have to be used by students from the age of 12. But the Escalador Audio can be a very interesting and amazing creative tool for children. I experienced myself this with my grand daughter when she was six years old. Here is the story. When I was developing the Escalador Audio in 2019, I was wondering what cold be the impact of the Escalador Audio on young people. So I proposed to my grand daughter to make a little design that will be used as a background for the keyboard of the Escalador Audio. Then I invited her to use the computer mouse over the Escalador Audio keyboard. I said to her to try to follow with the mouse the lines present on her design. I was very funny and interesting to hear the sounds produced.
